About us

Chalet Mondschein is our passion project.

The first time we stood on Belalp and took in that view of the four-thousanders, we knew: this is where we want to create a home — for ourselves and for guests looking for the same thing.

We're a family from central Switzerland. We love the mountains and being active in nature — skiing in winter, hiking and biking in summer — and in the evenings, playing games together and soaking up the vast mountain air around us.

We furnished our chalet with great care — with the thought that our guests should feel just as at home as we do. It's not an anonymous holiday property. It's a place with soul.
